Jose Becerra
Jose G. Becerra came to the United States in 1989 looking for a better life. His first job was as a landscaper at a cemetery in Marin County. He learned English and the trade quickly, and found a real passion for horticulture and making outdoor spaces beautiful.
In 1995, Jose founded J.G. Becerra Landscaping. More than 30 years later, the company is still family owned and operated, and Jose still walks properties with clients himself. His daughter, Vanessa Becerra, now manages the company's operations as General Manager.
Jose built the company on transparency and hard work. We focus on the needs of our clients and our crew, show up when we say we will, and stand behind the work.
In his free time, Jose enjoys drawing, traveling and playing guitar.
